Before starting their general contracting company, Amanda Grisanti and Christian Gonzalez built their careers together at Clark Construction Group, one of the largest general contractors in the country. During their time at Clark, Amanda and Christian developed complementary skill sets that now define their business. Amanda focused on scheduling, estimating, project management, and budget tracking, gaining deep experience in translating architectural drawings into detailed, buildable plans. She later joined Exponent, specializing in construction consulting and forensic schedule and cost analysis. Amanda is also a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) and holds a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) credential, reflecting her commitment to both industry excellence and sustainable building practices. This background brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented, and sustainability-conscious approach to every project. Today, Amanda contributes to the company’s design vision and client experience, ensuring every project is well-planned, organized, and aligned with each client’s goals.

Christian brings a strong focus on construction execution and field operations, forming the backbone of their on-site work. Also trained at Clark Construction, he specialized in managing MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) trades and coordinating complex building systems. He excels at orchestrating multiple trades simultaneously, resolving conflicts in the field, maintaining strict quality and safety standards, and addressing issues before they impact schedule or budget. His hands-on approach ensures that every detail is carefully executed, from critical systems behind the walls to the finished product clients see.

Together, Amanda and Christian combine strategic planning with expert execution. Beyond their technical expertise, they are passionate about fostering collaboration among subcontractors, engineers, and field teams, creating an efficient workflow that keeps projects on track.
